There’s something about being on a bike that slows the world down just enough for us to catch our breath, clear our minds, and find connection. That’s the heart of Ride and Reflect—a community of cyclists who come together for movement, conversation, and a little bit of soul work.

Every Tuesday evening and one Saturday each month, we hit the road—not for speed, not for competition, but for the sheer joy of riding. Our routes are intentionally chosen to avoid Wilmington’s notorious traffic, favoring scenic trails where we can enjoy the ride without the stress of dodging cars. Whether we’re covering 10 miles or stretching it to 30, our pace is relaxed, and our motto is simple: No one gets left behind.
But Ride and Reflect isn’t just about the miles. It’s about the moments in between—the laughter, the deep conversations, and the shared experiences that make us a community. We wrap up our rides at a food truck, a brewery, or a cozy coffee shop, where the real magic happens. That’s where we talk about life—the hard questions, the big ideas, and the everyday moments that shape us. Theology sneaks into the conversation, sometimes with depth and wonder, sometimes with humor (because let’s be honest, God has a sense of humor too).
In a world that often feels rushed, Ride and Reflect is an invitation to slow down. To breathe. To be present. Whether you’re a seasoned cyclist or just dusting off your bike, you’re welcome here. Because this isn’t just a ride—it’s a journey we take together.
