Sunday Morning with The Anchor – Join Us Downtown!
This Sunday, SALT is worshipping with The Anchor in downtown Wilmington—and you’re invited to be part of this powerful morning of community, compassion, and connection.
We’ll gather at 106 S Water Street, right on the riverfront, where The Anchor regularly serves and worships with our unhoused neighbors. It’s a beautiful and humbling space where church looks a little different—and maybe a little more like Jesus.
Arrive by 8:30am to help us get settled, our food set out, and ready.
We’ll have breakfast at 8:45am, offering a hot meal to everyone who shows up hungry—both physically and spiritually.
Worship begins at 9:00am, and it’s simple, heartfelt, and rooted in grace.
This is more than just a service—it’s an act of solidarity and love. We aren’t just “doing church” for people; we’re doing it with people. We show up, side by side, with open hands and hearts. That’s what SALT is all about.
So set your alarm, grab a warm layer (mornings by the river can be breezy), and come ready to serve, sing, and be moved.
Let’s embody the Gospel together—see you Sunday morning!
