A little heads-up for Thursday, September 3: SALT will NOT meet in the Little White Chapel that evening because most of us are heading to the Wild Goose Festival in Harmony, NC!
And we would love for you to make plans to join us.
Wild Goose describes itself as a four-day gathering at the intersection of spirit, justice, music, and art—which sounds an awful lot like the kind of sacred space SALT loves to inhabit. It’s a place for meaningful conversations, music, worship, storytelling, justice, creativity, laughter, and the wonderfully holy experience of being outside together.
Sometimes church happens in a chapel.
And sometimes church happens under an open sky, sitting in camp chairs, walking through the grass, sharing a meal, singing together, meeting strangers who become friends, asking big questions, and discovering God already present in places we didn’t expect.
So instead of gathering inside the Little White Chapel on September 3, come find SALT at the Goose! Bring your curiosity. Bring your questions. Bring your whole self. Come worship, wander, listen, laugh, learn, and experience a little holy wildness with us.
The Wild Goose Festival runs September 3–6, 2026, at VanHoy Farms & Campground in Harmony, NC.
